PLASTIC HEAVEN
Plastic Heaven was formed in October 2008 during the rehearsals of a theatre play, in which the members were all acting and making music. Plastic Heaven is a musical adventure to incorporate lyrics and vocals with contemporary electronic music and various other musical influences.
Míra is a talented singer and cellist. She studied classical cello and music theory for eight years. She is writing all the lyrics and recording all vocals of Plastic Heaven, and processes all her own vocals.
Miklós is playing the keyboards, and deals with composition and arrangement. After several years of classical and jazz guitar, he studied choir leading and religious music. He has been composing contemporary classic for 12 years, and he wrote several pieces for indie films and theatre plays. He currently teaches music theory and music history.
Andor has been producing electronic music since 2001, mainly drum'n'bass, along with fellow-Hungarian producers under the names Mindscape and Soulproof. His track, Like A Rag, which was release under the monicker Mindscape on FokuzLP002, was leading Beatport charts for 3 weeks in 2007. He has been DJing since 2003, and has played at various events all around Europe, from bigger festivals to smaller clubs. Andor is doing electronic production, beat programming, bassline tweaking, arrangement and engineering.
Plastic Heaven's debut EP, titled 'Keep Falling', is forthcoming on Deep Nota Records early 2010.
